Boating insurer Nautilus Marine has launched a new app called The Helm which aims to connect marine businesses with boating customers when they are searching for product and services.
The app allows boaters to build a digital profile of their boat, adding details about the model and any unique features such as accessories or special equipment as well as upload photos. The next time the boater has need for a particular marine service or product such as a repair or a replacement part, they simply enter the request and the app automatically connects with thousands of marine business and potential suppliers.
