Northern Gold Coast’s marine landscape has officially welcomed a new chapter, with the rebranding of d’Albora Horizon Shores Marina to d’Albora Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard, following a significant investment and revitalisation led by d’Albora, Australia’s largest premium marina and hospitality network.

The new name marks the successful completion of Stage One of the redevelopment. This included 54 new marina berths (16m and 20m) for monohulls and catamarans, a refurbished amenities block, extensive landscaping and resurfaced car parks. “This rebrand signals a new era for the site,” says Julien Pouteau, Managing Director of d’Albora. “With new infrastructure in place and strong community engagement, we’re proud to reposition d’Albora Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard as a functional, forward-hinking destination for boaters, tenants, and visitors alike.”

d’Albora Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard boasts over 550 wet berthing spaces and 334 dry storage spaces, 24/7 fuel, a full-service boatyard with 70T Travelift, dry storage, Anchorage Café, and a growing range of tenant-operated marine services. And there is

more to come, with Stage Two to include expanded commercial leasing opportunities, additional berths and dry storage capacity, a large, upgraded café space, as well as a new amenities block. The transformation of d’Albora Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard is part of d’Albora’s wider commitment to invest in premium marine precincts across the East Coast of Australia, supporting growth, innovation, and vibrant boating communities.
