Turning 80 deserves a celebration and Quintrex has upped the ante with impressive design changes, upgrades and updates to its flagship model, the Trident Soft Top, and the Territory Legend.

Trident Soft Top

Available as a 610 and 660, the Trident Soft Top has undergone numerous design changes, including a new windshield, upgraded rocket launcher which now incorporates Reel Easy rod holders, cleaner looking pressings, and a dash upgrade which greatly increases driver comfort, storage, and space for those all-important electronics. New standard features include a 25 per cent increase in fuel capacity from 160l to 200l, Zipwake trim tabs for greater vessel control, new seating and upholstery, and a U-Dek trim kit throughout.

These updates to the Trident Soft Top deliver a tougher, cleaner, and more user-focused design, with next-gen features. The Pro Package includes U-Dek flooring, a bait and fishing station, cabin upholstery, transom upholstery, bimini, VHF radio, side coaming cushions, LED light kit, hydraulic tilt steering upgrade, wireless phone charger, and a Quintrex 75l split-lid cooler.

And don’t worry, these Australian-made boats have kept all the key features that make the Trident a seriously capable offshore fishing platform, with self-draining floors with scupper drains, live bait tank, heavy duty dive ladder, stainless steel rod holders, and marine grade flotation foam for added safety. The Trident now comes in three new paint colours – Sandbar, Crimson Sea and Racing Green. You can opt for a two-tone paint job on the side sheet, and you can choose the limited edition 80th anniversary stripe in matt silver or metallic black.

Territory Legend

Quintrex has also officially launched the newly updated 550 and 610 Territory Legend models, which have been revised from bow to stern to meet the demands of anglers who push further, fish harder, and want more from their boat. “Inspired by some of the toughest fishing conditions in Australia, we’ve dived deeper with those anglers to understand their evolving needs and offer an even more potent fishing vessel,” says Lloyd Jaber, Product Strategy Manager, Quintrex.

Built to handle tough Aussie conditions, the updated Territory Legend puts the needs of boat owners first. A modernised console improves ergonomics at the helm, offering better sightlines, more storage, and room for electronics and accessories. On the 610 model, cleaner pressings mean a more refined finish, while new decals provide a bold, refreshed look. The redesigned casting platform now features integrated drainage channels to help keep your deck dry and functional.

As standard, the Territory Legend now comes equipped with a larger 140l fuel tank, up from 120l, offering greater range and flexibility for long days on the water. For those chasing extended offshore runs, there’s also the option to add a secondary tank, boosting total capacity to a massive 280l. U-Dek trim now comes standard on the transom, gunwales, and console, enhancing grip, comfort, and visual appeal throughout the boat.
