The opening of the $16 million Pelican Waters Marina marks a new era in coastal lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast.
The state-of-the-art facility boasts the only fully enclosed dry stack storage facility in the region, along with wet berths and power, water, and fuel services. The marina also comprises of a 3000sqm-shed with the capacity to store 160 boats up to 10 metres in length. Unlimited boat lifts, one hour launch and retrieval service, boat washdown and engine flush can all be accessed while clients enjoy the marina’s amenities. The marina also serves as the headquarters for the Caloundra Coastguard and will soon be home to an exclusive indoor and outdoor dining venue with breathtaking east-facing water views, which is set to be a focal point of the marina lifestyle precinct.
