The Melbourne Boat Show will return to Docklands from 17-20 October and is expected to attract upward of 45,000 boaters. Hosted by the Boating Industry Association of Victoria (BIAV), the 62nd
Melbourne Boat Show will have something for the whole family and extend across 1.5km of waterfront displays and attractions, and through seven marinas.
Visitors can look forward to on-water boat displays with sea trial opportunities, the latest boating and marine product displays, a heritage and wooden boat precinct, stage presentations with boating and fishing experts including our NM Insurance Ambassador Paul Burt and Lee Rayner, boating education and careers, a fun kids’ zone, musical acts, lots of food and coffee options, and many new exhibitors.
“It’s the 62nd Melbourne Boat Show and our third at Docklands”, says BIAV CEO Steve Walker. “The Docklands venue, with its centrality, on-water opportunities, waterfront aspects, meandering displays, lifestyle elements, and overall vibe, has made it a great event in its first two shows. We expect further growth this year and can’t wait to host our boat loving visitors”.
